Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness



Hey Mamas!

To start, I believe CONGRATULATIONS are in order!  Whether you just found out that you are pregnant or recently welcomed your new bundle of joy into the world, I'm so happy for you!  I'm also thrilled to have the opportunity to work with you during this amazing time in your life!

If you know anything about me, or checked out my bio on the homepage of this blog, its clear that I am a fitness freak.  I had a solid workout regiment before becoming pregnant and was blessed to be able to continue such training (with occasional modifications) for a majority of both of my 9 month journies to motherhood.

After having my first son, I noticed that some of my training methods needed a "mother's touch."  It was essential for me to add in some extra TLC to re-build a stronger body, not only for myself but for my little man!  It was in that time that I studied with "Oh Baby! Fitness" and received my Pre and Postnatal Fitness Certification.

Having utilized my training to better my body, I'm eager to do the same for you during and/or after your pregnancy!
