As most of my Fitness Friday Facts would convey, core strength is my top priority. Despite the importance of a muscular middle, I have come to learn that my abdominals are not the only area that need attention.
This weekend I have decided to implement an upper-body definition circuit into my workouts. The circuit that I will try includes a collection of exercises that targets the largest arm muscles, the triceps. According to its creator, "this targeted toning routine will not only have you feeling the burn in your arms, but you'll also strengthen your core and tighten up your waistline."
That sounds like a pretty good deal to me ;)
